Talar Kazanjian currently serves as Executive Director of “Afeyan Initiatives for Armenia” Foundation. She has prior experience in non-profits management as well as strategic management of public sector and government organizations in various countries. During her career, Talar has worked on developing vision and organization strategies, stakeholder engagement, and change management operations in the GCC/MENA, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
